What this covers. How we handle personal information when you contact us about our products and services, whether by WhatsApp, email, or the enquiry forms on this website. We handle it in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
What we collect
When you make an enquiry we record your name, company, job role, phone number, email address, and what you tell us about your requirement, such as the equipment, material, throughput, site location, and timeline. We also keep the messages and emails you send us so we have a record of the conversation.
We only collect what you give us. We do not buy contact lists and we do not track you across other websites.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, deliver and support what you order, and keep proper business records. That is the whole of it.
Automated handling of enquiries
Enquiries that arrive by WhatsApp and email are read by an automated assistant that identifies what you are asking about and drafts a reply for our team. It cannot quote prices, agree terms, or commit us to anything. A person reviews and decides on every commercial matter. If you would rather deal only with a person, say so in your message and we will handle it that way.
Who else processes it
- Meta Platforms operates WhatsApp and carries messages you send us
- Microsoft hosts our email and our business records
- Anthropic provides the automated assistant that reads enquiries
These are service providers acting on our instructions. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Where it is kept and for how long
In our Microsoft 365 business tenant. We keep enquiry and project records for as long as we have a business relationship and then for as long as Malaysian tax and company law requires. After that we delete them.
Your rights
You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent to being contacted. Email naufaldaumi@enzac.com.my and we will respond within 21 days as the PDPA requires. Withdrawing consent may mean we cannot continue with an enquiry or an order.

This website uses only what is needed to make it work and to submit an enquiry form. No advertising trackers.
