Enquiries and quotations
Nothing on this website, and nothing in an automated reply to an enquiry, is an offer or a quotation.
A quotation is only valid when we issue it in writing under an ENZAC quotation reference, and it is subject to the validity period, lead time, delivery terms and exclusions stated on that quotation. Prices, availability and specifications may change until a quotation is issued.
Automated replies
Enquiries sent by WhatsApp or email may receive an automated first response that asks for the technical details we need in order to quote. It cannot quote a price, confirm a lead time, or commit us to anything. Only a written quotation issued by us does that.
Your responsibilities
Please give accurate information about your process conditions, materials and site. Equipment selection depends on it, and we are not liable for a recommendation based on information that turns out to be wrong.
