How It Works

The telescopic belt conveyor extends into the container as product loads. Bags or pallets are fed from the palletizer outfeed, conveyed to the truck bay, and placed in the container by the system's positioning mechanism. When the container is full, the conveyor retracts and the truck departs. No workers inside the container at any stage.

• Stretch wrapper — wrapped pallets delivered to truck loading bay
• Weighbridge — vehicle weight recorded automatically at departure
