FIBC / Jumbo Bag Discharger — Dust-Free Unloading

What is an FIBC Discharger?

The FIBC discharger lifts a 500kg–2000kg bulk bag to the inlet, opens the discharge spout, and promotes material flow via bag massaging and integrated dust extraction into downstream conveying, screening, or processing equipment.

Critical Design Elements

• Dust-tight spout connection — captures bag spout before any flow begins
• Bag massager — pneumatic tapping arms break bridging and promote consistent flow for cohesive materials
• Controlled outlet valve — iris or butterfly valve for discharge rate control and safe bag disconnection
• Integrated dust extraction fan — 0.4µm coated membrane filter; rated to DOSH atmospheric emission standards

Configurations Available

Downstream Integration

Discharge port can be connected directly to screw conveyor, pneumatic conveying, vibrating screen, crusher, magnetic iron remover, or vacuum feeder. ENZAC designs the full downstream integration as part of scope.
