Calibration ensures your measurement and inspection equipment is performing to specification — critical for product quality, regulatory compliance, and customer confidence. Uncalibrated checkweighers give away product or short-fill. Miscalibrated metal detectors miss contaminants. ENZAC provides professional calibration services for industrial measurement and inspection equipment.

Sensitivity verification using certified test pieces (ferrous, non-ferrous, stainless steel). Auto-reject function test. Performance record provided.

ENZAC calibrates equipment regardless of who supplied it. If you have an existing checkweigher, metal detector, or magnetic separator that needs calibration, we can provide the service — you do not need to have purchased the equipment from ENZAC.
This is a strong entry point for new clients — we often begin a relationship by calibrating a client's existing equipment, then become the preferred supplier for maintenance and eventual equipment replacement.

ENZAC is working towards SIRIM accreditation for calibration services. Our calibration procedures are aligned with SIRIM requirements and ISO 17025 principles. Certificates are issued on ENZAC letterhead and traceable to national standards.
Industry recommendation for most food and industrial applications is annual calibration as a minimum. High-throughput or regulatory-critical applications (pharmaceutical, export) may require quarterly or monthly calibration. ENZAC will advise the appropriate frequency for your application.
