Configuration 1: Gravity-Fall (Bulk Stream)

Installed inline in the bulk conveying stream — above the bagging hopper or below a silo outlet. Material falls freely through the detector aperture. Detects ferrous, non-ferrous, and stainless steel in unpackaged bulk material. Available in gravity-fall and tunnel-type configurations.

Best applications: fertilizer, oleochemical, food ingredients, chemicals, plastics — where contamination must be caught in the bulk stream before packaging.

Configuration 2: Inline Conveyor (Packed Product)

Installed on the takeaway conveyor after bag closing — inspects filled, sealed bags at full production speed. ENZAC's premium-class inline detector delivers 30% better sensitivity than entry-level tuned detectors. Auto-reject triggers pneumatic pusher, air-blast, or divert conveyor on detection.
