VisionGuard™ is ENZAC's own developed machine vision inspection platform — a camera-based system that reads, measures, and verifies products in real time on your production line. Unlike generic off-the-shelf vision systems, VisionGuard is configured by ENZAC's engineers specifically for your product, your line speed, and your inspection requirement.
VisionGuard is currently deployed across three real production use cases:
VisionGuard is typically installed at a single inspection point on an existing production or packaging line — after filling, after printing, or before palletizing. ENZAC's engineers configure the camera, lighting, and inspection logic specifically for your product. A reject signal interfaces directly with your line's reject mechanism — diverter, air-blast, or stop signal.
Generic vision systems require significant integration work and ongoing technical support that may not be locally available. VisionGuard is built and supported by ENZAC's own engineering team in Malaysia — meaning faster deployment, local troubleshooting, and configuration changes when your product or packaging changes.
