IIoT motor monitoring that catches failures before they happen. Real-time vibration, temperature, and current monitoring across your critical rotating equipment.
Unplanned motor and rotating equipment failure is one of the most disruptive and expensive events in a process plant — lost production, emergency callouts, and rushed spare parts at premium prices. ERIP is ENZAC's own developed IIoT monitoring platform, designed to catch developing problems weeks or months before failure.
ERIP installs non-invasively on existing motors and rotating equipment — no need to replace your motors or interrupt production. Sensors continuously monitor vibration signature, temperature, and current draw, sending data to a cloud dashboard accessible from anywhere.
ERIP is offered in three tiers, scaled to match your plant's monitoring maturity and budget.
Tier 1 gives you the data but requires someone to actively watch it — alerts are what actually prevent failures. Tier 2 adds automated escalation, ensuring the right person is notified before a developing fault becomes a breakdown — without requiring a dedicated monitoring team. Most clients find Tier 2 delivers the best balance of capability and cost. Tier 3 is recommended once you're running ENZAC Ops and want maintenance scheduling to happen automatically.
Compact wireless sensors are clamped onto your motor housing — no rewiring, no production stoppage for installation. Sensors transmit data via a local gateway to ERIP's cloud platform. Machine learning models trained on motor failure signatures identify developing issues — bearing wear, misalignment, imbalance, looseness — before they cause unplanned downtime.
ERIP is offered strictly by enquiry, as pricing depends on the number of monitoring points, tier selected, and whether bundled with new equipment supply or retrofitted to existing motors. Contact ENZAC for a site assessment and proposal.
