From Bagging Machine to Loaded Truck

Intralogistics connects every stage of the end-of-line process — from the bagging machine discharge to the stretch wrapper and out through the truck loading bay. A well-designed intralogistics system eliminates manual product handling between stations, removes bottlenecks, and allows the entire line to run at its design speed.

ENZAC designs intralogistics as a complete system scope — not individual conveyors in isolation. We lay out the full end-of-line flow, specify the right conveyor type for each section, and integrate everything into a single control system.

Lightweight vs Heavyweight Conveyors

Lightweight intralogistics conveyors (2–100 kg) handle individual bags, cartons, and boxes between the filling machine and palletizer — including modular belt, roller, turn, and cross-transfer conveyors. Heavyweight pallet conveyors (1,000–2,000 kg) handle completed pallets from the palletizer through stretch wrapping to the dispatch area — chain, roller, and turntable conveyors rated for full pallet loads.
