Automated secondary packaging systems — bag-in-bag and carton packaging. Automatically pack smaller pre-packed products into larger bags or carton boxes. ENZAC supplies fully and semi-automatic secondary packaging systems for food, FMCG, and industrial applications.
Secondary packaging collates and packs individually-filled primary packages into a larger outer container for distribution or retail. Automating this step eliminates manual counting errors, reduces labour, and ensures consistent, contamination-free pack counts for every shipment.
ENZAC supplies two secondary packaging systems: bag-in-bag (small packets into a larger open-mouth bag) and carton packaging (products into carton boxes). Both systems integrate directly with the upstream primary filling line and downstream palletizer.
Bag-in-bag is widely used for sugar, rice, flour, salt, and seasoning — where 1 kg retail packets are collated into 25–50 kg distribution bags. Carton packaging suits bottles, tins, sachets, bricks, and pouches that need to be boxed for retail display or export.
