Discharging bulk materials from FIBC jumbo bags or sacks is one of the highest dust-generation points in a powder handling plant. ENZAC supplies discharge systems designed to contain dust, protect operators, and feed downstream equipment at a controlled, consistent rate.
Our FIBC dischargers accommodate forklift or hoist loading, with massage paddles, flow-aid vibration, and integrated hopper feeding the downstream conveying or bagging system. Bag dump stations handle smaller 25–50 kg sacks with manual or semi-automatic operation.
If your material arrives in 500–2,000 kg jumbo bags (FIBC), you need an FIBC discharger — designed for forklift or hoist loading with an integral pallet support and discharge spout. If your material arrives in 25–50 kg sacks, a bag dump station is the right choice — manual or semi-automatic operation with a glove-box or dust-controlled enclosure.
Both systems can be supplied with integral bag filters or connection to a central dust extraction system. ENZAC designs to DOSH EQA emission standards as standard.
