Manual Dust-Free Feeding Station (FT-TL-880)
This is an operator-loaded system built around integrated dust extraction — the operator still slits and tips the bag, but does so at a station designed to contain the dust that step generates rather than releasing it into the plant. An optional integrated vibrating screen intercepts lumps and contaminants before material moves downstream.
Processing rate: 10–40 bags/hour, operator-paced.
Where it fits: Lower-volume lines, multi-product operations where bag handling varies, or plants where full automation of the bag-opening step isn't justified by volume. It's also the lower-capital entry point if dust containment is the immediate priority and throughput isn't yet the constraint.
Automatic Bag Dumping Machine
This is a continuous-production system: rotating blade cutting opens the bag, compressed air expels the material, and the empty bag is automatically discharged — removing the operator from the bag-opening motion entirely, not just containing the dust from it.
Processing rate: Up to 200 bags/hour.
Powder yield: 99.8–99.9%.
Where it fits: Higher-volume, single or limited-product lines where bag intake is a genuine throughput bottleneck, and where the labour cost of manual bag handling — not just the dust exposure — is the problem you're solving.
What Both Configurations Share
Regardless of which you choose, both are built in SUS304/316 stainless steel, both handle bags up to 30 kg across a 350×500–450×800 mm size range, and both are available in explosion-proof variants for combustible dust applications. Both also use the same 316L sintered cartridge filter extraction approach and quick-disassembly structure for cleaning.
Getting the Choice Right
The real decision factor isn't "which is more advanced" — it's your actual bag intake volume per shift and whether operator labour on bag handling is a cost you need to remove, or a dust/ergonomics problem you need to contain. A manual station sized for 40 bags/hour asked to handle automatic-machine volumes will become the new bottleneck; an automatic machine bought for volumes a manual station could handle is capital spent ahead of need.
