Ask for a staged timeline: fabrication, delivery, mechanical installation by section, control commissioning, and full-line integration testing — not a single lump-sum estimate.

Confirming Capacity Holds Up End to End

A conveyor network is only as fast as its slowest section relative to your required production rate. Confirm your supplier has sized every section — not just the headline capacity figures — against your actual product weights, dimensions, and required throughput at each stage of the route, and that commissioning includes a full-line test at production speed, not just individual section testing.
