Rotary Vibrating Screen (DY Series)
The general-purpose option: a circular screen deck vibrated to move material across the mesh while oversize particles are rejected at the perimeter. It's compact, supports 1 to 3 deck layers for single or multi-fraction classification, and mesh changeover takes under 5 minutes — a real advantage on lines running multiple products through one screening station. This is the standard choice for free-flowing powders and granules without unusual stickiness or extremely fine particle size requirements.
Ultrasonic Screen (DYC Series)
Standard mesh screens blind — get physically clogged — when the material is very fine, oily, or sticky, because particles lodge in the mesh openings faster than vibration alone can clear them. The DYC range adds ultrasonic energy at 25–38kHz to the screen deck, which keeps the mesh clear for fine powders below 100 microns and materials with oily or sticky characteristics that would rapidly blind a standard rotary screen. If your product falls into this category, this is not an optional upgrade — a standard screen simply won't sustain throughput on this kind of material.
Tumbler Screener (DYB Series)
Where classification accuracy matters more than throughput speed, the tumbler screener uses a gyratory tumbling motion across the deck to deliver 90–95% screening accuracy — tighter separation between accepted and rejected fractions than a straight vibrating action typically achieves. This suits applications where particle size specification is tightly controlled and an imprecise cut costs you product quality or yield.
Linear Vibrating Screen (DZSF Series)
For higher-volume lines or where multiple material grades run across a wider screening area, the linear vibrating screen trades the compact rotary footprint for a larger deck area, suited to bigger throughput volumes and multi-grade material handling in one station.

Regardless of principle, the range spans screen diameters from 400mm to 2,000mm, mesh sizes from 0.075mm to 10mm, and 1 to 3 deck configurations for single-cut or multi-fraction classification.
Matching Principle to Material
The decision isn't about which screen is "better" — it's about matching screening principle to material behaviour. A free-flowing granular product with occasional oversize contamination is well served by a standard rotary vibrating screen. A fine, sticky, or oily powder needs ultrasonic assistance or it will blind within a shift. A product with a tight particle size specification benefits from tumbler screening's higher accuracy. A high-volume, multi-grade line is better served by a linear vibrating deck. Getting this wrong doesn't just underperform — for oily or fine powders on a standard screen, it can mean the screen stops functioning effectively within hours of startup.
